Moringa Smoothie 1 cup almond milk1/2 cup fresh moringa leaves, or 1 tablespoon moringa powder1 frozen banana, chopped Add almond milk, moringa, and frozen banana to a high-speed blender.Process until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Moringa Lemonade 1-2 tsp Moringa Powder1 liter chilled water2 limes, sliced thinly2 lemons, sliced thinly large handful of fresh mint leaves

Add all ingredients to a large bottle or glass jug. Leave to sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge before serving with plenty of ice.

Moringa Water

The simplest way to use moringa is by mixing 1tsp of Moringa Powder in 1 glass of water.
