It is loaded with a great nutritional balance of high-quality protein, and carbohydrates. It has been enriched with vitamins (D, B12, etc.) and calcium, and it is rich in fibre. This will ensure that the nutrients get released at an optimal speed, making it easier for your body to absorb most of them. Black points: ~Most people might feel that the taste isn’t exactly great. If you fall into that category, it might be hard to love. But, once you get over the initial glitch, you’ll see how great it is.
