Shelf Life

The shelf life is 4 – 6 months when refrigerated. Alternatively, these spreads can be stored in a cool, dark, dry place. By cool we mean ambient conditions (18 – 22 degree Celsius) and away from sunlight. It is advised to refrigerate the product even when unopened as India does not typically have a cool and dry climate.

Storage Instructions

Nut and Seed butters and spreads must be stored in a cool, dark, and dry place. Alternatively, they must be refrigerated. Even better would be to place the spread jar in a vacuum container and then place it inside the refrigerator. This would ensure a completely dry environment around the jar even when placed in the refrigerator. Having said this, the product will not spoil if it is directly placed in the refrigerator.
